About Hannah Meinking, LPC
Hannah's Background & Method
In a wide breadth of therapeutic settings, Hannah has over seven years of experience counseling and supporting clients from all walks of life. While in her graduate program at University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, she held the role of Child Protection Therapist offering support to families impacted by addiction and abuse. Hannah teaches mindfulness techniques and healthy living skills to first-year cadets at the United States Air Force Academy each Fall since 2017. She has offered counseling services to the Boulder community since 2018 and is the owner of Attunement Counseling where she proudly supports the local and greater community.

After graduating from the UCCS in 2017 with her Masters of Art in Clinical Mental Health Counseling she moved to Boulder and started her own private practice. As a life-long student, Hannah has continued her education by immersing herself into mindfulness-based trainings, attending mental health seminars, studying non-ordinary reality, and IFS.

At Attunement Counseling, Hannah approaches mental health utilizing both mindfulness-based and IFS-informed modalities. This potent combination empowers the client to discover hidden patterns, heal from old wounds, and choose a new path forward.

Hannah Outside the Office
Hannah enjoys exploring in nature, practicing yoga, meditation, creating sacred ceremony, cooking healthy meals, gardening, writing, and spending quality time with her family and dogs.
